Because every item is handmade and made to order, the item may vary slightly. We do our best to make every item similar to the picture shown. If embelleshments for the dress/skirt are not available, you will be notified before continuing with the purchase.

Your tutu may become folded or wrinkled during shipment. Take the item out of the packaging and hang it immediately. Start by fluffing the tutu/dress from the inside layers out, running your fingers through the layers. Once you have finished, take the item and hang it in your bathroom and run a hot shower so that the steam will straighten any creases or wrinkles. You may also use a steamer, just be careful not to get too close to the material. If your item becomes dirty, run the spots you wish to clean under warm or cool water. Hang your item to air dry. Once it is dry, repeat the process of fluffing the item from the bottom layer out. DO NOT machine wash or dry, and DO NOT iron the item!! Tulle is made from 100% nylon, and any direct heat will melt the material. To store your item, always hang it on a hanger. This prevents wrinkles and creases. To prevent static cling, you can run a dryer sheet through the layers or use any kind of anti-static spray. Placing a dryer sheet on the item while it is stored, will help with the static cling.
