SHIPPING & PAYMENTS
All shipping is free, unless otherwise specified. We will NOT be held responsible for delays with shipping. We make every effort to accommodate your special occasion, however we will not be held responsible if the order does not arrive on requested date due to shipping. We strongly encourage you to place your order well in advance of your special day in order to ensure the item arrives on time. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF ITEM DOES NOT ARRIVE ON TIME. The date your item will be completed and shipped to you will be provided to you before payment is accepted, in order to ensure you are satisfied with time frame.
Once an order has a confirmed delivery date via your tracking # from USPS, we DO NOT TAKE ANY responsibility for ANY orders stolen or misplaced from your front door. If the order has confirmation details, this tells us that it has been delivered. Please contact USPS to resolve any shipping issues after order has been shipped.
Payments are due at the time the item is purchased!

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are accepted within 72 hours of reciept in original condition. Items returned with odor, stains, or any other damage will not be refunded or exchanged.
PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE- NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS WHEN THE ITEM IS PURCHASED.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR CUSTOM ITEMS
If you discover within 72 hours that your product is defective, you may return it for repair or exchange ONLY. Replacement will only be offered if your item cannot be repaired. You agree to these terms with your purchase.
If you receive an item that is not what you ordered please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, so we may resolve the issue. Exchanges will not be granted if we are not notified within this time frame.
We do not offer exchanges on used and custom-made items.
PRICING
Pricing on custom made items vary depending on the size and design you are ordering. Prices will always be given before the purchase is made. Payments are due at the time the item is purchased, NO EXCEPTIONS!
MEASUREMENTS
Because most of our items are handmade/custom-made, we ask that you measure your child according to the instructions provided in relation to the style of the dress. We provide an average sizing chart according to age, however we STRONGLY encourage you to obtain exact measurements, and include them in your order. We will not be responsible for wrong measurements.

0-6 Months ............ Waist 12-16" Length 7"
6-24 Months .......... Waist 16-19" Length 7"
3T- 6 .................. Waist 20-24" Length 8"
7/8/10 ................ Waist 25-27" Length 16"
